Privacy policy
How GlazeMaster Coral Coast handles the personal information you give us. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who we are
GlazeMaster Coral Coast (ABN 97 042 747 530) is an independently owned authorised dealer of GlazeMaster Australia, operated by Marc Bassingthwaighte and servicing Bundaberg to Mackay. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988, the federal privacy law.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and quote the job:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your town, and the property address if we arrange a visit
- What you'd like resurfaced, and any photos or details you choose to send
We collect this when you fill in the quote form, call, email or message us. The pages themselves have no analytics, no advertising trackers and set no cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) for security, and we don't use those for anything else.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a free measure and quote, and carry out the work
- To send you the quote, invoice and any follow-up about your job
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for marketing lists. If we ever want to use a photo of your finished job on this site or on social media, we'll ask you first.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers the quote form to our email. Your form entry passes through their systems, which may be outside Australia, and is not stored there. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the Google Maps and reviews links on this site. Clicking those links takes you to Google, whose own privacy policy then applies.
- GlazeMaster Australia, our head office, if a job needs their input or support.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted from our email within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for at least 5 years because tax law requires it, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted (other than records we must keep by law). Email [email protected] or call 0421 205 325 and we'll sort it out within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll do our best to put it right. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au can also advise you.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
